Annotation : The monograph describes the state of development of dairy farming and the production of dairy products and shows its economic efficiency. The causes of negative trends were investigated, and the factors aimed at increasing the volume of milk production and improving economic relations between milk producers were analyzed. The formation of demand and supply in the milk and dairy products market has been studied. The export potential of domestic dairy products is considered. The state of the world milk market and the EU countries and the place of Ukraine in it are analyzed. The state's role in forming the market environment is considered. Attention is paid to researching the role of households in developing the national economy.
