Annotation : The monograph examines the theoretical and practical aspects of community cohesion in the context of providing social services. The authors explore the concept of community, various approaches to the study of social practices and strategies of cohesion, primarily within the framework of a strengths-based approach, as well as the processes of community resilience formation. Systemic and procedural models of community cohesion in conditions of decentralization and emergency situations, elaborated with regards of the study of acasemic literature and practices in Ukrainian territorial communities, are presented. In these models, the focus is the development of social services and the improvement of the social well-being of the territorial community. The publication may be of interest to practitioners of social work, students of higher education majoring in "Social Work" and those interested in issues of community activation.
